We use various tracked shipping methods based on the destination and your order , if you have selected the Mail Box delivery without signature you wil receive your order directly in your mail box , you have to do nothing.

Shipping Times:

Tracked orders times range from 3 to 5 business.
Mail Box (no sig.) times range from 3 to 7 days.
Tracking Information:
Once your order exit our country, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information .
For orders shipped with Post Mail (no sig.) you will receive your parcel directly in your mailbox , you have to do nothing .
Shipping Delays:

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, we not offer reshipment.
Shipping Changes:
Once an order has been shipped, changes may not be possible.
Conditions For Full Reshipment (free):
Full reshipment will be offered free of charge in the following situations:
*lost packages where tracking information confirms non-delivery and the issue is atributed to our shipping processes or errors.
(You are eligible for Full Free Reship only if you have made at least 3 orders in our store)
Reshipment:
Re-shipment is not provided for packages returned to us due to non-delivery or those sent without tracking.
